Stacy Clerk from New York. She was performing at this place called TAB. She did a few of her originals and top40’s cover. Her voice was amazing, beautiful. That voice, I have not experienced much from the local scene. Was really a good 30mins audio and visual enjoyment. Went to have a chat with her after the set. I realised the accent thing made me feel weird talking. Haha, I think this needs practice but anyway, I managed to get a picture with her!
They are called Da Fam Showcase. Not too sure if they are one big Hiphop/Rap group. Went to catch a glimpse of this hiphop/rap performance. Something different from the music that I always listen to.
Nicole V’s sound is simple, acoustic and folksy. Covering the genres of pop, rock and jazz, she strips songs raw but is still able to rock the house down with her energy and emotive quality.
